Gambo is a DJ, event organiser, and dedicated vinyl collector: from jazz to techno, via disco, mantras, and noise. His passion for sound was born during the self-organised raves of the ’90s: Gambo was drawn by the music and its power to bring people together. He has played in major European clubs, and is the founder of Land Of Dance, Musica Altra, TUM, as well as the creator of the Jazz is Dead festival and the artistic director of LÜRIA, the experimental section of Piedicavallo Festival. For over twenty years, he has been active in the Turin scene, developing musical and cultural projects across clubs, festivals, and independent spaces.
