Sarah Hammel Gueta is a talented cellist who studied at the Bordeaux Conservatory and the Royal Academy of Music in London, where she graduated with honors. She continued her studies at Yale University School of Music with Aldo Parisot and played at Carnegie Hall with the Yale Symphony Orchestra. She also studied at the Paris Conservatory with the Ysaÿe Quartet and learned from numerous renowned cellists.
Hammel made her debut as a soloist with the Orchestre Ostinato and has played at international festivals, including those in Puerto Rico and Morocco. He has been a member of several prestigious orchestras in France and founded the Virtuosa Quartet, performing around the world. He is also a frequent member of the Muses Quartet and plays electric cello in performances with DJs and pop singers.
She is in high demand in the film industry and has recorded for successful films such as “The Red Turtle.”
Alessandro Commellato, an Italian pianist, studied with Carlo Vidusso in Milan and specialized with Pier Narciso Masi, Evgeny Malinin and Sergio Fiorentino. He has won major international competitions and performed as a soloist with many prestigious orchestras around the world. He is known for his interpretations of contemporary works with the Divertimento Ensemble and has toured the USA, Russia, Japan and Australia. As a soloist, he has been invited by such renowned theaters as La Scala in Milan and La Fenice in Venice. Commellato is also an acclaimed chamber musician and performer of historical keyboards, participating in international festivals and recording for Brilliant Classics and RAI. He currently teaches piano at the Conservatorio “G. Verdi” in Milan.
