A workshop on extracting the medicinal properties of common plants using water and vinegar, led by Francesca Castagnetti, an ethnobotanist, community herbalist and nature guide. Francesca trained at the Centre for Biocultural Diversity in England and through encounters with herbalists, traditional healers, farmers and livestock keepers. She has conducted research on plant knowledge and land-based spiritual practices in several countries. She is currently completing an apprenticeship in clinical herbalism at the Plant Medicine School in Ireland and develops projects connecting land, traditions and communities, while cultivating a mountain farming project in Valle Elvo.
